Heathrow Express, has appointed Cognisco, one of the global market-leaders in online assessment and learning solutions, to develop and deliver a bespoke online assessment programme for 100 Heathrow Express Train drivers and Duty Managers in order to identify and reduce potential operational risks.
The assessment programme, designed and custom built by Cognisco, uses a combination of psychology and scenario based questions to determine the current level of employee understanding, knowledge and competence within individual aspects associated with their role.
The programme, developed specifically for Heathrow Express, has been designed to assess levels of employee understanding and confidence to highlight development areas as appropriate. This will provide on-going employee assessment enabling Heathrow Express to identify potential operational risks and ensure appropriate levels of understanding are met and maintained. By targeting specific elements of training according to individual employee need, training time and associated costs are expected to be significantly reduced.
