Chiltern Railways London Marylebone to West Ruislip joins 'Oyster'

Oyster pay as you go will be valid from 2 January 2008 at all Chiltern Railways stations between London Marylebone and West Ruislip inclusive

Chiltern Railways have announced that Oyster pay as you go will be valid at all Chiltern Railways stations between London Marylebone and West Ruislip inclusive from 2 January 2008.

To ensure passengers pay the correct fare, they must always touch in on the yellow reader at the start of your journey and touch out at the end of your journey. If they do not do this they will be liable for a Penalty Fare. If they touch in but fail to touch out, they will be charged a fare of £5.

Pay as you go will not be valid for journeys to/from Denham or any stations beyond. Passengers travelling to a station beyond the pay as you go area must buy a ticket to cover the full journey.
