* The first two of five GNRF Class 66s delivered on 9 April to Newport have been operated light from Newport to Wembley. The train, formed of Nos. 66728/729 operated as 0Z14 13.45 Newport Docks to Wembley.
* The 4th Class 67 in Wrexham livery No. 67012 has emerged from the paint shop at Toton depot.
* Following failure at Worcester HST set with 43069, OC36 and 43196 was hauled by 47235 as 5Z74 11.37 Worcester - Bristol SPM. The 47 arrived light from Gloucester
* 6Z71 xx.xx Cardiff Todal to Thomsons of Stockton worked by 57005 and conveyed 37704 dead in the formation (for scrap)
