* The second of the refurbished Class 159/1 units, No. 159103 has been delivered from Wabtec Doncaster. The set was previously No. 158804
* The South West Trains instructional 'bubble' car No. 960012 formed the 16.10 Salisbury - Bournemouth, the vehicle is now to be based at Bournemouth to release space at Salisbury for extra Class 158s and 159s.
* The next batch of Class 66/7s have arrived at Newport Docks onboard MV Fairlift. The first loco to be offloaded was no. 66723 at around 09.45.
* Hire in
43083/NL03/43081 formed 08.03 Birmingham - Edinburgh and 14.04 return
* 73205 and 73209 top and tailed a FGW buffet car as the 10.00 Old Oak Common to Bombardier Ilford for refurbishment. The move would normally have used a Class 57 but as no barrier vans were available the EDs were used having drop-head buck-eye couplers.
