| The 14 members of this 0-4-0 diesel hydraulic fleet built by North British of Glasgow emerged in 1958-59 and were finished in BR green livery. With slightly more power than other 0-4-0s of the period, 330hp, these locos saw more use with slightly heavier trains on both the Eastern and London Midland Regions. The locos were fitted with vacuum train brake equipment. Engine bay access is made by five hinged doors, while entry to the drivers cab was very narrow. CJM Collection. |
