CLASS 325

AS part of the modernisation of the Royal Mail business, this fleet of
universal EMUs were built in 1995-96 by Adtranz at Derby, to the successful
Class 319 dual-power design, but fitted out expressly for Royal Mail or
parcel transportation. Each vehicle has a pair of roller-shutter doors
on each side with the internal space designed to take roll-on, roll-off
mail carriers. |
