| Nomad information comes to Marylebone and the Chiltern route
|
'Nomad' is a product which allows passengers to access Chiltern Railways' timetable and train running information through a Java-enabled mobile phone. 'Nomad' aims to put regular train users in control of your journey, warning of any disruption before you leave home or the office. Anyone with a Java-enabled phone can use the system (the ones with the movable 'joystick' - basically any handset produced in the last year or so), but you may have to contact your network provider to check GPRS is enabled. All you need to do is download the free NOMAD software onto your phone to get started. The software includes a host of other features, including information and real time updates. A Nomad roadshow will be taking place on the concourse everyday between 10-13 July between 16.00-19.00 at London Marylebone station. Nomad’s technical support team will be on hand to help advise anyone with any questions you may have in downloading and using the free Nomad software. |
