Reader Alan Hawkins has provided this information on the last day of Eurostar operations at Waterloo International on 13 November 2007, and the first day of operartions at St Pancras International on 14 November 2007:-

Eurostar's Farewell to Waterloo International

Tuesday 13 November 2007 will be the last day of Eurostar operations from Waterloo International.

The last public passenger carrying Eurostar departing out of Waterloo International to Paris Nord, will be the 18.09 Waterloo International to Paris Nord.

The last public passenger carrying Eurostar departing out of Waterloo International to Brussel Midi, will be the 18.12 Waterloo International to Brussel Midi.  This will also be the last public passenger carrying Eurostar departing out of Waterloo International to Lille Europe.

The last public passenger carrying Eurostar arriving into Waterloo International from Brussel Midi, will be the 17.59 Brussel Midi to Waterloo International, arriving at Waterloo at 19.28.  This will also be the last public passenger carrying Eurostar arriving into Waterloo International from Lille Europe.

The last public passenger carrying Eurostar arriving into Waterloo International from Paris Nord, will be the 18.16 Paris Nord to Waterloo International, arriving at Waterloo at 19.58.  This "should" therefore be the last ever public passenger carrying Eurostar to use Waterloo International.

There "may" be special Eurostars departing later and arriving later at Waterloo International.  No details are know at the moment, but "if" there are they will be for invited VIP guest only.

The reason the "last" trains into and out of Waterloo International are earlier than ususal, is to allow enough time for the ECS moves of all the stock into the new depot at Stratford.

The first public passenger carrying Eurostar departing out of St Pancras International to Brussel Midi, will be the 11.06 St Pancras International to Brussels Midi, arriving at Brussels at 13.56.  This "should" therefore be the first ever public passenger carrying Eurostar to use St Pancras International.

The first public passenger carrying Eurostar arriving into St Pancras International from Paris Nord, will be the 09.43 Paris Nord to St Pancras International, arriving at St Pancras at 11.10.
