First Class Menu Changes for Virgin

Virgin Trains is to offer enhanced complimentary menus to customers travelling First Class on its West Coast services to and from London Euston from Wednesday 17 October.

On selected early morning business trains into Euston, the popular Primo Breakfast service will offer Craster kippers as a permanent Signature Dish and Weetabix cereal will replace muesli to offer a nut-free product.

The All Day offer will feature a choice of the hot option, speciality sandwich or a traditional sandwich. Four of the six hot options are designed as a complete snack served in a bowl, each accompanied by focaccia bread.

Lily O'Briens chocolate shortbread biscuit will now form part of the cake selection.

New sandwich fillings have been introduced to the Primo Afternoon Tea menu on selected business trains leaving Euston during late afternoon and changes have been made to the hot snack rotation.

Products have been refreshed in the Primo Evening menus, a new one of which is the Food Masters' winning dish Gimmie Five, a Dutch meal consisting of bacon pieces, green French beans, carrots, potatoes, apples and pears. Also, the Friday Fish option will now be accompanied by a portion of mushy peas.
