First Great Western refurbished set goes into service

FGWs refurbished HST set was placed into service today, 21 February without any official launch or press coverage.

The stock (44068, 42169, 42168, 42167, 42259, 40231, 41167, 41085) with powercars 43098 and 43165 formed an empty stock move from Laira to Newton Abbot, the 08.06 Newton Abbot-Paddington, 12.15 Paddington-Cardiff, 14.55 Cardiff-Paddington and 17.30 Padding - Weston-super-Mare.
