The first complete refurbished 'Mallard' HST set to be released from Wabtec Doncaster is due to return to Leeds Neville Hill in the next few days. The set will consist of vehicles 41115, 41165, 40805, 42117, 42159, 42160, 42109, 42110 and 44057.

Work is now commencing at Wabtec of the full 'mallard' overhaul of two additional HST trailer sets recently obtained to provide the additional London-Leeds services from May.
