New lifts for Epsom

The lifts at Epsom station are being replaced. This work will be carried out between 2 January and April 2007, during which time there will be no lift access.
 
Disabled passengers or mobility impaired passengers (particularly wheelchair users) are advised to contact Southern Assisted Travel on 0800 138 1016 (Textphone 0800 138 1018) to book mobility assistance before travelling, or speak to a member of staff at the station.
 
South West Trains passengers are advised to contact South West Trains Customer Services on 0845 6000 650 (Textphone 0800 692 0792)
 
The following arrangements have been made for disabled and mobility impaired customers:
* Customers travelling from Epsom will be taken by taxi to Ashtead where they can board a train service
* Customers travelling north (using Southern Services) towards Epsom are advised to travel to Ashtead where taxi arrangements will be made by station staff
* Customers travelling south towards Epsom (using Southern services) are advised to change at Sutton where taxi arrangements will be made by station staff
• Taxis will be provided for customers from Cheam and Leatherhead travelling to Epsom
 
South West Trains Services to and from Horsham or Guildford
* Customers travelling south towards Epsom or north (coming from Horsham or Guildford) - using South West Trains services are advised to check travel arrangements at their local station before travelling or phone South West Trains Customer Services
* Customers travelling north from Guildford area stations to Epsom are advised to change at Ashtead where taxi arrangements will be made by station staff
* Customers travelling south towards Epsom are advised to change at Wimbledon
* When Ashtead is unstaffed customers are advised to travel to Sutton where a taxi will be arranged back to Epsom
