Liverpool Street closure 23 December 2007 to 1 January 2008

'one' Railway had announced that London Liverpool Street station will be closing during the above 10 day period at the end of 2007.  This is in connection with Transport for London's project to extend the East London Line, requiring major construction work across the approach to the station, and Network Rail engineering work at Stratford and Shenfield.

Alternative arrangements will be put in place to replace trains that normally serve London Liverpool Street.  However, there will be extended journey times and customers may wish to consider avoiding travel during this period where possible.
