Cardiff area loco hauled 11 November 2006 - Updated

The Wales v Pacific Islands Rugby match at Cardiff on Saturday 11 November will again see a number of loco hauled services operated in the area. Due to a failure of one of the Class 37s, the Cardiff-Gloucester shuttle will now be a DMU. It is also reported that the 50s will operate the Gloucester job and that a DMU will operate the Newport-Cardiff shuttle - lets wait and see.

Class 37s will 'top and tail' the
07.00, 09.40, 16.45, Cardiff Central-Gloucester, and 08.15, 10.58, 18.20 Gloucester-Cardiff Central


'Top and tailed' Class 50s will operate: 10.15, 11.15, 12.15, 13.15, 17.05 Newport-Cardiff Central and 18.05, 19.05, 20.05 Cardiff Central-Newport
