Heathrow Express launches extra level of staff

Coinciding with National Customer Service Week, Heathrow Express employed News presenter and rail enthusiast, Nicholas Owen to launch and welcome new recruits for the newly created role of Customer Service Station Manager.

Heathrow Express will deploy the customer service station managers both at Paddington station and Heathrow Airport to support their colleagues in ensuring that passengers receive an even higher level of interaction with the Heathrow Express team in the station environments.

Richard Brown head of operations at Heathrow Express, said, “We chose National Customer Service Week as the launch week for our Customer Service Station Managers. As a company although we have recently been awarded one of the highest accolades for UK customer service the development of this new role within our company emphasises our commitment to deliver the best possible customer service. It is also a great way to boost morale and teamwork within Heathrow Express and demonstrates to our passengers, here in the UK and internationally how we are focussed on exceeding their expectations.”
